Yep right there <-- using an ironing board to get focus and using a voice recording of ourselves for the other characters lines. And with fitting them in in-between full time work, other jobs, family and an elusive social life things can get stressful.

Having secured work from self tapes filmed in laundry cupboards to hotel rooms at midnight. With my mum as a reader to actor friends reading in on Skype. Editing simple slates to adding multiple takes and subtitles.
Over the past six years I have learned a lot about creating tapes that work.
The Self Tape Services is a new company that makes self taping easier for you. We come to you in London Zones 1-6 with full kit (better than pictured!) and an experienced reader. So all bases are covered including editing your tape, helpful direction (if wanted) and sending it direct to your agent or casting director.
